Big Upgrades Happening at Arbor Terrace

Our amenities are experiencing some upgrades right now!

We just finished the paver upgrade on our swimming pool!

Pull-Thru Upgrades and New Seasonal Sites

We are currently upgrading all of our 20x60 pull-thru RV sites to PVC sewer and water connections. We are also upgrading the remaining 30 amp pull-thru sites to 50 amp. This will give our park 62 pull-thru sites with PVC sewer/water and 50 amp service. All of the pull-thru sites have a 7 x 15 ft. concrete patio.

Additionally, we are adding 18 premium seasonal sites. These sites will be approximately 30 x 60 ft and have 45 ft. concrete patios, PVC sewer and water and 50 amp service. These are back-in sites.
