Rates are based on one to two person occupancy. All sites are full hook-up, with water, electric and sewer provided. Check out time is 11 a.m.

The office assigns sites. Sites are guaranteed only for the period paid.

No refunds on or after arrival.

Cancellations require 30 days advance notice and a $200 cancellation fee will be charged. If cancellation is less that 30 days in advance, the entire deposit will be forfeited.

Extra person charge is $5 per day, $16 per week and $48 per month. All balances due upon arrival.
