2009-2010 SEASON RATES

 Seasonal Rates

Rates are based on one to two person occupancy

All sites are full hook-up, Electric, Water and Sewer provided

 

 Seasonal Rate      Deposit 

  3 + Months  *$ 876 per month  $ 500 deposit

  February Peak Rate  *$ 960 per month  $ 350 deposit

  1 –2 Month Rate  *$ 942 per month  $ 350 deposit

  Weekly  $ 283 per week   $   100 deposit

  Daily  $   43 per day        $   43 deposit

*Deposits will be accepted by credit cards, the remainder of balance for stays 2 months or longer will be paid by check, Money Order, Taveler's Check or Cash.

 All Seasonal monthly rates based on 30 days except February

February Peak Rate will apply for stays less than 90 days

 The office assigns sites. Sites are guaranteed for the period paid only.

Special Rates: April 1 - December 31 - $390 per month - $200 Deposit

Summer Rate:  May 1 to September 30: $28 per day

 NO REFUNDS, on or after arrival. 

Cancellations require a 30 day notice and a $100 cancellation fee will be charged 

If cancellation is less than 30 days, the entire deposit will be forfeited 

Three month rate cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts 

 Extra person charge  $5 per day, $16 per week, $48 per month

 Check Out Time is 11:00 a.m.   |   All Balances are due upon arrival.

1 Annual Payment

Standard Sites - $4,123.00  Premium Sites - $4,704.00

Standard Sites - $589.99  Premium Sites - $672.00

Occupancy occours from November 1 - May 31 and free on site storage

 Payments are due Nov 1, Dec 1, 2009 and Jan 1, Feb 1, Mar 1, April 1, and May 1, 2010

Electric is resident's responsibility. All residents are subject to water and sewer sub metering.

Occupancy over 7 months is an additional $375.00 per month.

All payments are due on the first of the month without billing. A $40 late fee will be added to any payment received after the 5th of the month.

No refund or compensation on unused occupancy.
