2012 - 2013 Season Rates

Rates are based on one to two person occupancy. All sites are full hook-up, with water and sewer provided.Guest pays electric on all monthly rates or longer. Check out time is 11 a.m.

Rolling Rates

Annual: $5,700/year or $475/month.
7/5: $4,200 or 7 equal monthly payments of $600.

Payments due Nov. 1st, Dec. 1st, 2012 and Jan. 1st, Feb. 1st, Mar. 1st, April 1st, May 1st, 2013.

No refunds on or after arrival.

The office assigns sites. Sites are guaranteed only for the period paid.

Cancellations require 30 days advance notice and a $200 cancellation fee will be charged. If cancellation is less that 30 days in advance, the entire deposit will be forfeited.

Rates based on 1 – 2 person occupancy. 

Extra person charge is $5 per day, $16 per week and $48 per month. All balances due upon arrival.
