2012 - 2013 Season Rates

Only one RV per site. Pricing based on two person occupancy. Electricity is billed separately by the resort and is due on the anniversary arrival date. Cable is available for stays of 30 nights or longer through Primecast. Check out time is 11 a.m.

No refunds on or after arrival. All residents and guests must register at the office prior to arrival. Office assigns sites. Sites are guaranteed paid period only.

Cancellations require 30 days advance notice and a $200 cancellation fee will be charged. If cancellation is less that 30 days in advance, the entire deposit will be forfeited.

All balances due upon arrival.
