2010 - 2011 Season Rates

Rates are based on one to two person occupancy. All sites are full hook-up with utilities included. Check out time is 11 a.m; check in time is noon.

**Reservation cancellation requires 10 day notice plus a $50 cancellation fee. Full deposit refund requires 30 days written notice.

Special Rates:

April 15 to October 15 - $635 per month, $300 deposit.

Summer Rate:

May 1 to September 30 - $35 per day


Extra person charge: $5 per day, $20 per week, $60 per month.

Storage for reservations four months or longer only, space permitting. $400 storage fee due when reservation is made.

One pet permitted, with breed restrictions. Pet must be leashed and cleaned up after.

No refunds on or after arrival. All balances for entire reservations are due on arrival. All RV residents and guests must register at the office upon arrival. Late payment is $25 after 5 days, $50 after 10 days.

Office assigns sites - a particular site cannot be guaranteed. Sites are guaranteed for the period paid only. No refund or compensation on unused occupancy.
