The office assigns sites. Sites are guaranteed only for the period paid.
No refunds on or after arrival.
Cancellations require 30 days advance notice and a $200 cancellation fee will be charged. If cancellation is less that 30 days in advance, the entire deposit will be forfeited.
Primecast cable is available on stays over 30 days by calling 866-671-1117.
Extra person charge is $5 per day, $24 per week and $48 per month. Storage rates are $3 per day, $30 per month and $300 per year, plus tax. Cable is available for stays over 30 days through Direct TV by calling 877-863-4558. All balances due upon arrival.
