Rates

2011 - 2012 Season Rates

Rates are based on one to two person occupancy. All sites are full hook-up, with water and sewer provided. Guest pays electric usage on all stays 30 days or more. Guests staying 3 months or more must contact Florida Power & Light at 800-226-3545 five days prior to arrival to have electric turned on in their name; a connection charge will apply. Cable may be purchased through Primecast at 1-866-671-1117 for stays of 30 days or longer. Check out time is 11 a.m.

*Deposits will be accepted by credit card. The remainder of the balance for stays of 2 months or longer will be paid by check, money order, traveler's check or cash. Three month rate cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts.

All seasonal monthly rates based on 30 days except February Peak Rate, which will apply for stays under 90 days. The office assigns sites. Sites are guaranteed only for the period paid.

Special Rates:

April 1 to December 31 - $561 per month, $200 deposit.

Summer Rate:

May 1 to September 30 - $36 per day, $36 deposit


No refunds on or after arrival.

Cancellations require 30 days advance notice and a $200 cancellation fee will be charged. If cancellation is less that 30 days in advance, the entire deposit will be forfeited.

Extra person charge is $5 per day, $16 per week and $48 per month. All balances due upon arrival.
