Only one RV per site is permitted.

Rates are based on a 2 person occupancy. Extra person charge: $3.00 per day, $15.00 per week or $45.00 per month, per person. $250 deposit is required for all monthly reservations.

Electricity is billed separately by the resort and is due on the anniversary arrival date. Cable is available for stays of 30 nights or longer through Primecast.

For all stays over 7 days, electricity is not included.
Check out time is 11 a.m.

No refunds on or after arrival.

All residents and guests must register at the office prior to arrival.

Cancellations require 30 days advance notice and a $100 cancellation fee will be charged. If cancellation is less that 30 days in advance, the entire deposit will be forfeited.

All balances due upon arrival.
