Deposits will be accepted by credit cards, the remainder of balance for stays 2 months or longer will be paid by check, Money Order, Taveler's Check or Cash.
All seasonal monthly rates are based on 30 days except February.
*4 month rate only for occupancy Jan 1 to May 1.
The office assigns sites.
Sites are guaranteed for the period paid only.
Special Rates - April 1 to December 1: $515 per month, $200 deposit
Summer Rates - May 1 to September 30: $35 per day
NO REFUNDS, on or after arrival.
Cancellations require a 30 day notice and a $100 cancellation fee will be charged.
If cancellation is less than 30 days, the entire deposit will be forfeited.
Three or four month rate cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts.
Extra person charge $5 per day, $16 per week, $48 per month
Check Out Time is 11:00 a.m.
All Balances are Due Upon Arrival

All annual and 7 and 5 resident sites are subject to electrical, water and sewer metering.
1 Annual payment:
Standard Lots: $6,936.00, Rolling: $7,656.00
12 Equal payments: Standard: $578.00, Rolling $638.00

Occupancy is for 7 months only and free on site storage.
No refund or compensation for unused occupancy.
1 Annual Payment:
Standard sites: $5,124.00 Fence sites: $5,376.00 Lake sites: $5,642.00 Rolling: $5,558.00
7 Equal Payments:
Standard sites: $732.00 Fence sites: $768.00 Lake sites: $806.00 Rolling: $794.00
Seven equal payments due on Apr.1, Oct.1, Nov.1, Dec 1, 2009 and Jan.1, Feb.1, Mar.1, 2010
Occupancy over 7 months is an additional $350.00 per month.
All payments are due on the 1st of the month without billing.
A $40.00 late fee will be added to any payment received after the 5th of the month.
