All sites are full hook-up; Water, Cable and Sewer provided. Electricity is resident’s responsibility. The office assigns sites. Sites are guaranteed for the period paid only.

Annual Rates

Standard Sites - $4,740 or 12 monthly payments of $395.*
Premium Sites - $4,848 or 12 monthly payments of $404.*

6&6 Rates (One Year Lease)

Standard Sites - $3,715 or 5 equal payments of $743.**
Premium Sites - $4,090 or 5 equal payments of $818.**

**Payments due Oct. 1, Nov. 1, Dec. 1, 2011 and Jan. 1, Feb1, 2012. Guests leaving prior to expiration of lease term will revert to the season’s monthly rate. Stay additional months for $390.00 per month.

Rates are based on two person occupancy. Guests are $5.00 per day, $16.00 per week, $48.00 per month.

All payments are due on the 1st of the month. Billing statements will not be sent. A $40.00 late fee will be added to any payment received after the 5th of the month. Rates subject to change without notice.

CANCELLATION POLICY
No refunds on or after arrival.Cancellations require a 30 day notice and a $200.00 cancellation fee will be charged.If cancellation is less than thirty days, the entire deposit will be forfeited.
