Sea Air Village is nestled in the ocean-side town of Rehoboth Beach, Delaware—also known as the “Nation’s Summer Capital.”
In Rehoboth Beach
Just minutes from the community, Rehoboth Beach has it all. Stroll the mile-long boardwalk, relax on the beach, swim in the Atlantic Ocean or visit the exquisite local shops and restaurants.
The newly renovated downtown Rehoboth Beach offers great entertainment at night. With its plethora of musical shows, mouth-watering restaurants and bars (for the 21 and over crowd), it is no wonder that Rehoboth Beach is the place to be among local residents.
Not only do we have the many attractions and activities available
during the summer season, but they carry on into the fall and winter as
well. Crowds flock to Rehoboth Beach for the annual Sea Witch and
Fiddlers Festival and the Greyhounds Reach-the-Beach weekend just to
mention a few.
Lewes - First Town in the First State
Minutes north of the community, history abounds in our neighboring town of Lewes, First Town in the First State, founded in 1631. Within the town of Lewes you will find the Historical Society complex and the Historic District containing historic homes (some of the oldest in Delaware), museums, art galleries, fine dining and unique downtown shops. Lewes is situated where the Delaware Bay and the Atlantic Ocean meet, providing beautiful beaches for surf fishing and swimming. Enjoy a cruise on the Cape May/Lewes Ferry and take in the historic lighthouses, picturesque harbors, oceangoing vessels, unique seabirds and just maybe your very own dolphin show.
Cape Henlopen State Park
Along our Atlantic coast line, Cape Henlopen State Park has over 4,000 acres of preserved lands filled with miles of bike and nature walking trails, along with a beach, restaurant, and fishing pier. The Wolfe Neck Junction & Breakwater Trail, part of the Delaware State Parks, connects the town of Lewes to the town of Rehoboth Beach with a scenic bicycle and walking trail. Sea Air Village is situated across the street from one of its many junctions.
Come enjoy the sea air and the great quality of life!!
