Standard Sites:                       $466 per month
Premium (Corner) Sites:        $473 per month
Delaware Relocation Fund:   $1.50 per month

Security Deposit Equal to One Months Rent of $466 or $473

Rent Includes:
Water, trash pick up twice a week, lawn care April through October and amenities.

Rental Application Fee:  $20.00 per application.
