2011 - 2012 Season Rates

Only one RV per site. Electricity is billed separately by the resort and is due on the anniversary arrival date. For all stays over 7 days, electricity is not included. Cable is available for stays of 30 nights or longer through Primecast. Check out time is 11 a.m.

No refunds on or after arrival. All residents and guests must register at the office prior to arrival. Sites are assigned by office and are guaranteed for paid period only.

Cancellations require 30 days advance notice and a $100 cancellation fee will be charged. If cancellation is less that 30 days in advance, the entire deposit will be forfeited.

All balances due upon arrival.
