Rates are based on one to two person occupancy.
All sites are full hook-up, Water and Sewer provided.

Guest pays electric usage on all stays 30 days or more

Summer rates are applicable between May 1, 2009 to October 1, 2009 only.

Extra person charge: $3.00/day, $15.00/week, $45.00/month

NO REFUNDS, on or after arrival.     CHECK OUT TIME IS 11:00 A.M.

Electricity is billed by the Resort and is due upon receipt.

All residents and guests must register at the office upon arrival.
