Office assigns sites. Sites are guaranteed for the period paid only.
Requests for specific sites will be considered for 4 month or longer reservations only.
No refunds on or after arrival date.
Reservation cancellation requires a 30 day notice and a $100.00 cancellation fee or entire deposit will be forfeited.
No refund r compensation on unused occupancy.
Extra person or guest fee charge is $5.00 per day.
One pet per household, subject to Management approval. No Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Doberman or Wolf Breeds. Pets must be leashed, cleaned up after, and not left unattended.
All RV residents and guests must register at Office upon arrival.
