Rates

Rates are based on one or two person occupancy. Electric is additional. Extra person/guest fee is $5 per day. One pet per household, subject to management approval. No pit bulls, rottweilers, dobermans or wolf breeds. Pets must be leashed, cleaned up after and not left unattended. Cargo trailer storage is $75 per month, but is not available on all sites.

Office assigns sites, and sites are guaranteed only for prepaid period. Request for specific sites will be considered for minimum 4 month or longer reservations only. All RV residents and guests must register at office prior to arrival.

Cancellations require a thirty (30) day notice and a $200.00 cancellation fee will be charged. If cancellation is less than thirty (30) days, the entire deposit will be forfeited.
