Rates

Rates are based on one or two person occupancy. Electric is additional. Extra person/guest fee is $5 per day. One pet per household, subject to management approval. No pit bulls, rottweilers, dobermans or wolf breeds. Pets must be leashed, cleaned up after and not left unattended. Cargo trailer storage is $75 per month, but is not available on all sites.

Office assigns sites, and sites are guaranteed only for prepaid period. Request for specific sites will be considered for minimum 4 month or longer reservations only. All RV residents and guests must register at office prior to arrival.

Deposits will be accepted online by credit card; the remainder of the balance for stays 2 months or longer will be paid by check, money order, travelers check or cash. $300 deposit required for reservations 1 month or longer. Late fee of $40.00 will be applied after the 5th of each month. Reservation cancellation requires 30 days advance notice, and a $200 cancellation fee or entire deposit will be forfeited. No refunds upon or after arrival.

Check-in at noon, and check-out is at 11 a.m.
