Cape Cod RV Resort is joining the family as our third resort in Massachusetts. With a great location near Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard, Cape Cod RV Resort is ready to welcome guests.
Accommodations and Amenities
Spread out and make yourself at home. More than 55 acres await at Cape Cod RV Resort, complete with forests, beaches, and a recreational lake. Nestled throughout the resort are shady RV campsites featuring full hookups and room for slide-outs. Rustic tent sites are also available, with electric service available at select sites.
In addition to campsites, we offer a range of vacation rentals. Styled as cabins, our vacation rentals range in size, with the largest accommodating up to nine guests. These comfortable rentals are equipped with kitchens, bathrooms, and heat and A/C. Exact furnishings vary by cabin so check your rental to see what is included.

Cape Cod Attractions
Opting for a vacation at Cape Cod RV Resort places you close to the area’s best attractions. Just a couple miles south of the resort are the ocean beaches of Falmouth. Traveling south along the coast will take you to the landmark Nobska Lighthouse, as well as the charming town of Woods Hole.
From Woods Hole, you can take the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard. Spend some time browsing the shops of Oak Bluffs or Vineyard Haven before exploring the rest of the island. With beaches, forests, and regal homes, there’s plenty to see. You can also venture from Martha’s Vineyard to Nantucket Island, which features more shops and sights.
