Strawberries ‘N Cream Creamsicle
Pretend you’re at Wimbledon with a simple strawberry and cream creamsicle. This tasty snack is an excellent way to cool down on a warm summer day. Additionally, we recommend you use full-fat Greek yogurt for the best results.
- 1 cup strawberries, pureed
- 2 cups full-fat Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey
- Puree strawberries into a smooth mixture.
- Stir the honey into the Greek yogurt.
- Fill popsicle containers with alternating spoonfuls of honey-sweetened yogurt and fruit puree.
- Use a popsicle stick to swirl the mixture together. Add a popsicle stick to each pop and free until firm, at least four hours. To loosen the creamsicle from the mold, run warm water on the mold for 10-15 seconds.
Orange Creamsicle Truffles
Smooth and citrusy, these orange creamsicle truffles combine two favorite foods in one. This bite-size creamsicle recipe is a great dish to bring to a party. Just make sure to keep them cool so they hold their shape.

- 1 cup white chocolate, finely chopped or chips
- ¼ cup butter
- 2 tablespoons orange zest
- 3 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
- ½ teaspoon orange extract
- ½ cup powdered sugar, divided
- (Optional) Orange food coloring
- Place white chocolate in a small, wide container you can seal, like a Tupperware.
- Add butter and orange zest to a small saucepan over medium heat. Once the mixture begins to bubble, let it cook for about a minute, stirring frequently.
- Add heavy whipping cream to the saucepan and quickly stir. Stir for another 1-2 minutes or until bubbles begin to form along the edges of the saucepan. Remove saucepan from heat.
- Pour the orange butter mixture through a mesh sieve over the white chocolate. Use a spatula to press the orange zest into the sieve, bringing out as much flavor as possible. Discard the orange zest.
- Let the mixture sit for one minute, then add the orange extract and food coloring, if using. Whisk the white chocolate mixture until most of it has melted. A few pieces are okay, but if the mixture won’t melt, try using a double boiler or a microwave on half power to melt the white chocolate.
- Cover the orange truffle mixture and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
- When truffle mixture is firm, add ¼ cup powdered sugar to a small bowl. Using a spoon, scoop a heaping tablespoon of the orange truffle mixture and roll it into a ball. Toss the truffle in the powdered sugar, then place each truffle in a container holding the other ¼ cup of powdered sugar.
- Repeat until all truffles are formed. Freeze or refrigerate to set truffles. Serve immediately or store in the fridge for up to a week.
The most patriotic creamsicle of all, this red, white, and blue dessert is perfect for summer holidays like Memorial Day and the Fourth of July. While the adult version of these berry creamsicles contains bourbon, it’s easy to subtract it for children.

- 3 ounces bourbon
- 6 strawberries, chopped
- ½ cup blueberries
- 1 cup cream
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup strawberry puree
- 1/2 cup crushed ice
- Place chopped strawberries and blueberries in the bottom of serving glasses.
- Mix cream with sugar and vanilla extract. Combine cream mixture with bourbon and divide between serving glasses.
- Top cream mixture with strawberry puree and serve immediately with ice.
No Bake Orange Creamsicle Cheesecake
No need to fire up the oven for this delightful orange creamsicle cheesecake. This sweet treat takes only 15 minutes to prepare, but you’ll need to let it chill overnight before serving. To speed up the cooling process, place the cheesecake in the freezer for two hours before refrigerating.

- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 small box orange Jell-O (85 grams)
- 2/3 cup boiling water
- 32 ounces cream cheese
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar
- Zest of one orange
- 2 cups whipped cream
- Combine the graham cracker crumbs and the melted butter in a bowl and press the crust mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch pan.
- Chill the crust in the freezer until ready to use.
- Add the orange Jell-O powder to boiling water (following package directions) and stir until dissolved. Set aside to cool for five minutes.
- Whip the cream cheese and powdered sugar together until well combined.
- Add the Jell-O mixture to the cream cheese mixture slowly, mixing continuously until everything is incorporated.
- Gently fold in the orange zest and the whipped cream with a rubber spatula until combined and pour the mixture into the chilled graham cracker crust.
- Chill the cheesecake overnight to set and serve.
Orange Creamsicle Dip

- 8 ounces marshmallow crème
- 1 can mandarin oranges, drained
- Zest from one orange
- 1 cup whipped topping, frozen (like Cool Whip)
- 1 package vanilla wafers, for dipping
- Using an electric mixer, beat cream cheese and marshmallow crème until thoroughly combined, about one minute.
- Fold in mandarin oranges, zest, and frozen whipped topping.
- Serve chilled with vanilla wafers.
