School’s out for the summer! That means mom and dad need some fun activities to keep the kids occupied and motivated. One great idea is summer camp at Sun Outdoors Sarasota in Florida. Filled with plenty of activities and things to do, your child will be begging to come back every summer.
Experience an Itinerary of Summer Fun
A camper’s day will start bright and early at 7:30 a.m. in the Cypress room, where parents will be able to sign in and drop off their kids with ease. Quiet time activities will commence from here until 9 a.m., followed by a nutritious morning snack provided in our dining hall!
Then from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. our campers begin their daily activities! Each day, the campers will have access to exciting water and sports activities, fun games, and team-building exercises to help promote collaboration between fellow campers all summer long.
After a busy morning, our campers tend to work up quite the appetite, so they’ll come into our dining hall for a healthy lunch provided by Sun Outdoors Sarasota. The kids will be able to swim, play basketball, shuffleboard, pickle ball, and tennis, as well as play on the Witbit Water Obstacle Course. Plus, with themed weeks and ‘Make Your Own Tacos’ class, your youngsters will be coming home with plenty to talk about!
Lastly, if you’re meeting runs late, don’t worry! We have ‘After Camp’ activities for campers from 4-6 p.m. Parents can pick up campers at the Cypress Room and park at the resort post office.
Camp at Sun Outdoors Sarasota is for kid’s ages 6 to 13 and runs Monday through Friday. You can check out our website for a list of daily activities!
