Beach Yoga- Greet the day with this multi-level yoga class on the Lake front and enjoy all the beauty the water and beach surroundings offer you as the sun rises. Practicing on the sand brings new awareness to alignment and a whole new understanding of balance as the earth subtly shifts beneath your feet.

HIIT  ( High Intensity Interval Training)- This type of training involves repeated bouts of high intensity effort followed by varied recovery times. … This type of training can be accomplished using body weight, resistance bands, free weights, medicine balls or weight machines.

AquaFit-a keep fit regime in which exercises are performed standing up in the pool.

Beach Tai Chi- Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese tradition that, today, is practiced as a graceful form of exercise. It involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner and accompanied by deep breathing performed on the Lake front beach.

Aqua Zumba- brings new meaning to the idea of an invigorating workout. It combines the South American Zumba rhythm and dance steps with a pool party. It offers a fun but challenging, water-based, body-toning workout.

Sunset Beach Yoga- End your day with this multi-level yoga class on the Lake front and enjoy all the beauty the water and beach surroundings offer you as the sun rises. Practicing on the sand brings new awareness to alignment and a whole new understanding of balance as the earth subtly shifts beneath your feet.

Gentle Stretch-  is a form of physical exercise in which a specific muscle or tendon (or muscle group) is deliberately flexed or stretched in order to improve the muscle’s felt elasticity and achieve comfortable muscle tone. The result is a feeling of increased muscle control, flexibility, and range of motion.

All Levels Yoga- all-levels yoga will give lots of modifications and options for each pose, for example, in an all-levels flow or vinyasa class, our instructor may suggest that some students put their knees down when transitioning from Plank Pose into Chaturanga (Four Limbs Pose)—or they may even suggest that some students skip specific moves to accommodate their yoga level.
