Types of Group Outings

  • Boy Scouts of America seems to go hand with camping, and we have a number of troops that come back to their favorite Sun RV resort location each year.
  • If you’re planning a wedding, we have the accommodations and facilities to take the stress out of your special day. Many of our locations include an industrial kitchen, which makes food preparation for your guests even easier, or you can choose from a list of vendors to have the whole affair catered.
  • We have a number of parks that have activities ideal for team building events, such as our aerial adventure parks, miniature golf, and laser tag. We also have outdoor pavilions and BBQ areas to feed your team after a day of fun-filled activities.
  • Family reunions are very popular events at our RV resorts and campgrounds. We have the space available to bring everyone together and facilities that you can rent to make your next family reunion a success.

Ways Groups can Stay

Tent Sites
These basic sites typically include electric and water hookups, or you can choose primitive campsites that have no hookups. Modern conveniences, such as bathhouses and water spigots are always nearby for your comfort.

RV Sites
Choose from back-in or pull-thru RV sites that include full hookups, or you pick an RV site that offer only water and electric.

Vacation Rentals
We have a variety of vacation rental sites that come with beds and furnishings, plus features like full kitchens, private bathrooms, cable televisions, air conditioning and heat, and outdoor entertaining like front porches, back decks and BBQ grills.

 

Pets are Welcome
We understand that a getaway is not the same unless you can bring the whole family, so pet friendly accommodations are available at most of our locations. Enjoy the convenience of pet friendly amenities available at a selection of locations that offer pet-friendly walking paths, fenced-in dog parks with some that include agility courses, and pet washing stations. Bags and receptacles are also strategically placed to help keep the grounds clean for the comfort and consideration of all guests.
