The Right RV Site for You

Back-in
The majority of our standard RV sites are back-in, which simply put means that you are required to back your rig into the sight. These types of sites tend to be a more economical choice for your budget and are still spacious enough for multiple slide-outs.

Pull-thru
Our pull-thru RV sites offer the convenience of pulling your RV right into the space to hook everything up. After a fun-filled vacation experience, all you have to do is continue driving forward to leave the site – it doesn’t get much easier than that!

We’ve Got the Hookups

Full Hookups
What exactly does the term full hookups mean to an RVer? The short answer is supplying your RV with water, sewer and electrical service. Having a steady supply of water is something you’ll come to appreciate for your cooking and bathroom needs. An electrical connection lets you power everything that’s inside your RV, such as lights, air conditioning and heat. Most parks offer both 30- and 50-amp service and a select number also offer 20-amp server as well. And don’t poo poo, the sewer hookups! Albeit not the most pleasant of topics, sewer hookups allow for easy disposal of waste in your RV so you don’t have to dump your tank at the end of your trip.

Electric and Water
These campsites offer electricity and water only, which give your RV a source of power and a supply of clean water. Electric and water hookups are ideal for pop-up campers and small travel trailers.

Be Our Guest

Long-Term Stays
Our seasonal locations offer a more traditional camping experience and refers to guests that typically keep their RV on-site, or have a vacation home, for the entire season, which includes spring, summer, and fall camping.

Year-round resorts are located in the south, southeast, and western regions. Long-term stays at these parks typically range from six months to a full year.

Short-Term Stays
The short-term camper generally refers to guests who stay less than a month and applies to people on vacation for two weeks or less at our seasonal RV resorts and campgrounds. Guests staying less than six months at our year-round locations would also be considered short-term.

Pets are Welcome
We understand that a getaway is not the same unless you can bring the whole family, so pet friendly accommodations are available at most of our locations. Enjoy the convenience of pet friendly amenities available at a selection of locations that offer pet-friendly walking paths, fenced-in dog parks with some that include agility courses, and pet washing stations. Bags and receptacles are also strategically placed to help keep the grounds clean for the comfort and consideration of all guests.

Some breed restrictions apply, so make sure you contact the resort office before your arrival.

Rally with Us
Planning an RV rally? Welcome to rally central with Sun RV Resorts! Many of our locations offer rally friendly accommodations to ensure your group can stay together. We also have ideal facilities to utilize and rent, such as clubhouses with commercial kitchens, meeting rooms, and outdoor spaces like pavilions and picnic areas.

Sun WiFi
Stay connected with Sun WiFi! We understand that even when you get away from it all it’s important to stay connected with friends and loved ones. Our Sun WiFi service is available and included as part of your stay at all of our locations. Most of our RV resorts and campgrounds offer WiFi connections throughout the park, however, at the limited number of locations that do not have this, hot spots are always available. Select locations also offer upgraded services for an additional fee.
